Student/Post Graduate Membership

1. You MUST be a member in good standing with the American Optometric Association (AOA) or American Optometric Student Association (AOSA) to apply.

2. Click on the link below and complete all areas of the application.

3. Please remit with your application the appropriate Student/Post Graduate member fee based on the schedule below:

1st, 2nd or 3rd Year Students
If application and fee are postmarked after...	Then please remit the fee below
January 1	$50 annual fee
April 1	$37.50 prorated fee
July 1	$25 prorated fee
October 1	$12.50 prorated fee

4th Year Students
If application and fee are postmarked after...	Then please remit the fee below
January 1 - June 30	$25 fee
April 1 - June 30	$12.50 prorated fee

Following graduation, Student members may become Active members and dues are free for the remainder of your graduation year.

Students going into a residency immediately following graduation may become Post Graduate members, and the dues for the year of residency are as follows:

Post Graduate Students
