Reservations may be made with a major credit card. Children 12 and under stay for free. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Reduced daily parking rates of $15 self parking (based on availability) or $22 valet are offered.
Hyatt Regency Denver at Convention Center Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy: Reservation cancellations must occur 48 hours prior to check-in (3:00 pm MST) on the scheduled day of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee.

Daily flight service is available to Denver International Airport. Car rentals, shuttles and limousine service are readily available.
Light Rail to the Convention Center
Attendees may wish to use the light rail to travel to the Colorado Convention Center. Parking at the Park-n-ride lots is free for the first 24 hours for those who live in the RTD District, $2-$4/day for those living out of the District. Rates for riding the light rail vary.

Helpful Information
Weather, Clothing and Altitude
Business casual is suggested for education courses and casual for most other events. The COA Member Luncheon/Meeting is more formal in dress. Business casual is defined as shirts with collars, slacks, and no tie for men, and for women, dresses, slacks, and skirts. Comfortable shoes are rcommended.
While it is warm during the daytime in the Rocky Mountain region, temperatures drop in the evenings and it is recommended that you bring a light sweater or jacket to remain comfortable. UV exposure is a real hazard. Wear dark glasses and sunscreen even on a cloudy day due to the high altitude.
To avoid altitude sickness:
- Increase fluid intake
- Decrease salt intake
- Moderate your physical activity
- Eat high carbohydrate, low fat meals
- Reduce alcohol and caffeine intake
